Installation of Injection Nozzles

Live top-ups of bulk storage, cryogenic tanks requires access into the
top space of the tank. These are not always provided as part of the
original design of the tank during manufacture.

Perlite Management Services Ltd. is able to project manage the design,
manufacture, installation and trepanning of filling nozzles around the
outer edge of the dome roof of the tank.

Each nozzle should be fitted with a sliding gate valve and
blank flange after installation.

The Perlite injection system that Perlite Management Services Ltd.
utilise is designed to fit directly onto these nozzle installations.
